TRISTAR Welcomes Mark Bossi, ARM, AIC, LIA, as our new Director of Sales and Client Solutions for the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic Regions.

Mark brings over 35 years of leadership experience in the insurance industry, including claims management, risk management, client services, and business development. His career started at Aetna and progressed through senior roles at Marsh, Beecher Carlson, Sedgwick, One Call, and most recently ESIS/Chubb, where he managed new business development and client partnerships across multiple regions. Mark has a proven record of building broker relationships nationally, leading regional operations, and driving profitable growth.

In his new position at TRISTAR, Mark will be responsible for expanding the company’s footprint in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions, strengthening broker and client partnerships, and assisting TRISTAR in delivering innovative, customer-focused solutions. His leadership will benefit not only our team but also the clients and partners we serve.

Reflecting on what excites him most about this opportunity, Mark shared:

In the short term, I want to use my network and experience to help create greater name recognition of the TRISTAR brand in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic territories. In the long term, I plan to help TRISTAR grow profitably in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. I will accomplish this through an increased presence at TPA and risk management events, as well as providing solutions to current and future clients.”
